AD Honors Exceptional Associates

November 2, 2016

The mission of AD is three fold - to help Members, Supplier Partners, and Associates grow and prosper.

Each quarter the AD Associates sit down for a company lunch at the AD HQ to hear an update on company results from AD Chairman & CEO Bill Weisberg.  This is also an opportunity to recognize new AD Associates and Associate promotions, as well as celebrate Associate anniversaries.

Jack Templin, President of the Industrial Division, and Jeffrey Beall, President of the PHCP Divisions, both earned 5 year milestone achievement awards for their hard work and dedication over the past five years.

AD’s Chairman & CEO extended his gratitude for these two leaders who embody the mission of our organization.

Justin Dunscomb, Vice President of the HVAC & PHCP Divisions and Mary Daly, Manager of Member Services for the Building Materials Division were each honored for their 10 year anniversary with AD.

Ricki Weisberg Ndege, Director of Communications, and Dave Turner, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, also received service awards highlighting their 5 years at AD.

AD’s core values are to serve others, deliver on our promises, and make it better. Two Associates embodying these values are Stephanie Carroll and Khalia Terry who received promotions this year. Stephanie Carroll was promoted from Financial Programs Specialist to Financial Analyst.  Khalia Terry was promoted from Remittance Processing Associate to Financial Programs Specialist.

AD truly is a special place to work, and that is because of incredible people – both the people we get to spend our days with and the people we get to serve in our member and supplier partner companies. The opportunity to sit down as a company, and have our achievements celebrated by our own Chairman & CEO, is truly something we are lucky to be a part of. Connecting like this allows us all to remember why we chose to work for AD, and reinforces the Vision, Mission, and Values that AD stands for.

Congratulations to all Associates who were recognized.
