The result is the Supply House Times' Young Execs 20, which appears in their March 2013 issue. Position: Manager
Experience: 5 years
AJ’s thoughts: “The best tool to success offered to me is the exposure to operations, sales, inventory and purchasing. Not everyone is able to gain experience in so many aspects of wholesale distribution in just five years. Having that experience has been instrumental to my growth as a manager.”
Brian Blaushild, 24

Position: Customer service manager
Experience: 3 years
Brian’s thoughts: “I’ve learned very quickly that no one can be an expert in everything. Famous has so many associates with more than 10, 20 or 30 years of experience who are more than willing to share their knowledge with me. It is comforting to know that anytime I don’t know an answer, there are dozens of people who jump in to help our customers out.”
