Jeffrey Beall joined Affiliated Distributors in 2012 as the President of the PHCP Division (Plumbing, PVF & HVAC). Mr. Beall came to AD with 16 years of industry experience, where he was an owner and CEO of a wholesale distributor, American Pipe & Supply Co., Inc. During his tenure at American Pipe, Mr. Beall served on AD’s Board of Directors as well as the PVF Divisional Board. His deep involvement with the ASA includes holding the position of Vice Chairman of the IPD Council where he served as a trustee on the ASA Education Foundation. Mr. Beall graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in accounting and a MBA. After graduating, Mr. Beall spent 5 years at Ernst & Young, LLP as a CPA.
AD is governed like a cooperative. Each AD Division has their own Board of Directors and Committees which are made up of AD Distributors and Manufacturers who vote on industry related decisions and provide strategic and tactical input into all major areas of the organization’s operations.

The Plumbing Product Committee reviews and approves prospective and existing suppliers consistent with the organization’s mission and commitments.
The Plumbing Supplier Advisory Council offers AD management independent advice and recommendations on a wide range of subjects including strategic industry trends, opportunities to enhance manufacturer/distributor partnerships, and methods to generate reductions in channel costs.
The Plumbing Marketing Committee provides guidance and feedback on various marketing programs and initiatives to reinforce the value of partnering with AD.
