Jeffrey Beall

Jeffrey Beall joined Affiliated Distributors in 2012 as the President of the PHCP Division (Plumbing, PVF & HVAC). Mr. Beall came to AD with 16 years of industry experience, where he was an owner and CEO of a wholesale distributor, American Pipe & Supply Co., Inc. During his tenure at American Pipe, Mr. Beall served on AD’s Board of Directors as well as the PVF Divisional Board. His deep involvement with the ASA includes holding the position of Vice Chairman of the IPD Council where he served as a trustee on the ASA Education Foundation. Mr. Beall graduated from the University of Alabama with a BA in accounting and a MBA. After graduating, Mr. Beall spent 5 years at Ernst & Young, LLP as a CPA.

Jeff Konen

Jeff Konen joined AD in 2013 as the Vice President of Plumbing & PHCP. During the past 27 years Jeff, has been involved in distribution, specifically focused on purchasing, most recently serving as Sr. VP of Purchasing at Consolidated Supply in Portland, OR. During those years he has served on the WIT’s Manufacturers Committee and several years on their Board of Directors. In addition he has served for the past Ten years on the Board of Directors and Vendor Committee of The Distribution Group (TDG), a waterworks buying group. Jeff is a graduate of the University of Montana, with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Jeff is married with two children and lives in Portland, Oregon.

Roy Weaks

Roy Weaks joined AD in 2001 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of the Plumbing Division. Upon joining AD, he led the successful integration of C.L. Watt and AD; he now supports the Plumbing Division's operations as well as the coordination of activities within the PVF Division. Prior to AD, Mr. Weaks spent three years as C.L. Watt's Vice-President of Supplier Relations. Prior to joining C.L. Watt's staff, Mr. Weaks was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Fields and Company in Texas where he developed significant expertise in the Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating & Air Conditioning wholesale industry - including a term as the distributor chairman of the C.L. Watt group. Mr. Weaks is a 1974 BBA graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a degree in Business Management.

Emily DeCosta

Emily DeCosta joined Affiliated Distributors in 2006 and was promoted to Marketing Coordinator, PHCP Divisions in January 2012. Previously, Ms. DeCosta held the role(s) of Marketing Communications Specialist and Marketing Assistant for AD.  Ms. DeCosta  is joining the PHCP divisions to provide Marketing and Communications support for AD’s PHCP divisions.  Prior to joining AD, Ms. DeCosta spent two years at Principle Management NYC. Ms. DeCosta is a graduate of Keene State College with a BA in Graphic Design.

Christina Hopely

Chrissy Hopely joined Affiliated Distributors in September 2012 as the Executive Assistant for the PHCP Division.  Prior to joining AD, Chrissy spent seven years as an administrative assistant in Student Life at Chestnut Hill College, working collaboratively to create a holistic collegiate experience for undergraduate students.  She holds a Master’s degree in Human Services Administration from Chestnut Hill College, a Bachelor’s degree in English from Rowan University, and is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.

Gary Jackson

Gary Jackson joined AD in September 2003 as the Vice President of the Pipe Valves and Fittings Division and is responsible for all industrial and mechanical segments of the PVF market. Mr. Jackson came to AD with over 24 years of prior industry experience, having worked for Stockham (now a division of Crane Co.) and NIBCO, Inc. in sales and managerial roles. Mr. Jackson is a 1978 graduate of the University of Alabama, with a BS in Marketing.

Justin Dunscomb

Justin Dunscomb joined AD in 2006 as the Vice President of HVAC & Plumbing and is responsible for all aspects of the HVAC Division as well as supporting the activity of the Plumbing Division. Mr. Dunscomb came to AD with 11 years of industry experience, including five as the Executive Vice-President of the WIT & Co. buying group (Plumbing & HVAC). Mr. Dunscomb is a 1995 graduate from Millikin University with a degree in Human Resource Management.

AD is governed like a cooperative. Each AD Division has their own Board of Directors and Committees which are made up of AD Distributors and Manufacturers who vote on industry related decisions and provide strategic and tactical input into all major areas of the organization’s operations.

Committees

The Plumbing Product Committee reviews and approves prospective and existing suppliers consistent with the organization’s mission and commitments.

The Plumbing Supplier Advisory Council offers AD management independent advice and recommendations on a wide range of subjects including strategic industry trends, opportunities to enhance manufacturer/distributor partnerships, and methods to generate reductions in channel costs.

The Plumbing Marketing Committee provides guidance and feedback on various marketing programs and initiatives to reinforce the value of partnering with AD.
