Actions Speak Louder Than Words

A proud member since 1981 and one of thirty founding AD members, Schaedler Yesco Distribution, Inc. headquartered in Harrisburg, PA takes their AD partnership to heart.  Following AD’s new brand launch that took place in June, Christine Notarfrancesco, the organization’s Marketing Communications Manager, provided feedback on the brand visuals.

Clearly, she already reviewed the materials and effectively distributed them.  Along with distributing the AD window decals to all their branches, they also hung the new AD banner in their lunchroom, showing AD pride across the organization.  They also have an internal employee newsletter titled “Buzz” and added one full page about the new brand as well as a copy of our tED magazine advertisement.  When asked about the other materials, Christine stated, “I am working on getting the end-user piece out to our customers.”  Regarding the member plaque, she replied, “Yes, it’s already up in our lobby!”  Schaedler Yesco’s President, Matt Brnik proved that with a quick photo.

This is a great example of an AD member maximizing and implementing the available materials, and sharing them across the Schaedler Yesco organization as quickly as possible.  Actions speak louder than words with the wonderful photos Christine shared.  Finally, Christine commented, “I think this was a great way to re-establish AD and get the word out.  Overall, I thought it was great!” Our new awareness building efforts are the cornerstone of our divisional growth objectives and reflect our passion and serious commitment to our members and supplier partners.  Thank you, Schaedler Yesco.  Great job!
