Tim Arenberg is President of Chicago-based Columbia Pipe & Supply Co., a leading distributor of pipe, valves, fittings, plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, and valve automation and engineered products in the United States. The company serves mechanical, process piping, commercial plumbing contractors, and industrial and institutional customers from its 21 distribution centers throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. During his 20 years at Columbia Pipe & Supply, the company experienced significant growth and development, including: increased revenues from $48 million to over $200 million; the successful completion of five acquisitions and eleven start-ups; and staff growth to over 350 people. Mr. Arenberg is currently a member of the Boards of Directors of supplyForce Account Management, AD Integrated Supply, LLC, and Columbia Pipe & Supply Co. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the American Supply Association and as Chairman of the American Supply Association’s Industrial Piping Division Executive Council. Mr. Arenberg is a 1979 graduate of University of Illinois, College of Commerce, with a BS in Marketing.

Barry Boyer is Chairman of the Board of Van Meter Inc., an employee-owned, electrical wholesale and automation company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Van Meter and its subsidiaries have 19 locations, 590 people and sales of 400 million dollars. Van Meter was recognized in 2010 as one of the 20 Best Small Places to Work in America by Inc. Magazine and the National ESOP Company of the Year in 2011. Barry believes deeply in the power of creative cultures that drive innovation through employee engagement. He is active in the industry and community serving on a number of boards including Affiliated Distributors, two private company boards, Chair of the Metro Economic Alliance and 2010 Campaign Co-Chair of United Way of East Central Iowa. He has a BS in Economics, Business, and Political Science from Cornell College. He is married to Gilda and together they have two children, Erik and Lauren.
Lenin Juarez is a Managing Partner for Action Gypsum Supply LP. With four locations and a great staff, Action Gypsum Supply LP is one of the leaders in drywall distribution in the state of Texas. Lenin obtained a BA from Texas Tech University, having studied one year in Lima, Peru with the University of Indiana in 1968 and received a Juris Doctorate Degree from The National Law Center, George Washington University in Washington DC in 1972. He joined the drywall industry in 1980. Lenin and his partner, Terri King, established Action Gypsum Supply LP in 2003.
Tim MacDonald is President & Chief Executive Officer of Ideal Supply Co. Ltd, a 3rd generation family-owned, distributor of electrical supplies to contractors, industry and the automotive aftermarket. Located in Listowel, Ontario, Ideal's headquarters and distribution center redistributes stock to the company's 30 branches across southwest Ontario. In 2007, Ideal Supply was recognized by Deloitte as one of "Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies". Tim is currently on the Board of Directors of the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and is the Founding Chair of the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation. Tim has also served as Chair of Electro-Federation Canada, President of the Listowel Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Western Ontario Chapter of YPO. Tim and his wife, Alexandra, make their home in Stratford, Ontario.
Tammy Miller is CEO of Border States, the 9th largest electrical distributor in the US with annual sales exceeding $1 billion. The company, headquartered in Fargo, ND, with 58 branches in 13 states, serves the utility, industrial and construction markets, has approximately 1,350 employees, and is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Trust (ESOP). Tammy currently serves on the Board of Directors for Elite Distributors Insurance Captive, Starion Financial and Sanford Medical Center. Miller is a past Board Chair for NAED (National Association of Electrical Distributors) and the first female Board Chair in their 100-year history. Tammy has a BS in accounting and a MBA from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Tammy and her husband, Craig Palmer, divide their time between Fargo and Scottsdale, AZ.
Brian G. Peirce is the President and CEO of Peirce-Phelps Inc. headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Peirce-Phelps is a distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies that has served dealers and contractors in the Mid-Atlantic market since 1926. The company also sells hearth and solid surface materials throughout New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. His company joined AD through the merger of the HVAC Group with AD in January of 2006. Mr. Peirce graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and received his MBA from the University of Chicago.
Jeff Pope is President of F. W. Webb Company, the Northeast’s largest distributor of plumbing, heating, and cooling products, pumps and industrial pipe, valves and fittings. As the third generation of his family to lead F. W. Webb, Jeff joined the company in 1980 and learned the business on the front line as an inside salesperson at the Burlington, Massachusetts facility. Jeff became head of the HVAC and Controls division in 1996. He moved up to Vice President of Branch Operations a few years later, and in 2002 took over the title of President from John Pope. From 2006 to 2009, Jeff served on AD’s HVAC Divisional Board. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Supply Association (ASA). Jeff and his family reside in Beverly, Massachusetts. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf.
Donald D. Slominski, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of McNaughton McKay Electric Company. He has served in this capacity since his appointment in January 2005. Prior to his appointment as President, Mr. Slominski was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, serving in this capacity since 2002. Mr. Slominski began his employment at McNaughton McKay Electric Company in December 1996 when he accepted the role of Director of Finance – Southern Region (based in Norcross, Georgia).
Mr. Slominski holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Michigan State University and Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. In addition, Mr. Slominski is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to joining McNaughton McKay Electric Company, Mr. Slominski was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick as a Senior Manager in their Assurance practice.
Currently, Mr. Slominski resides in Northville, Michigan with his wife, Carrie and their two children, Donald, III (Trey) and Jacob. He is involved in Northville’s community youth sports programs and coach’s a travel baseball team. Mr. Slominski enjoys traveling and golf in his leisure time.
Russ Visner is CEO of Etna Distributors and affiliated companies with 16 branch locations in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Oklahoma. Etna is a distributor of plumbing, water metering, fire protection, sewer and water, PVF, and hydronics products, The Company’s three fabrication locations service the fire protection and water works industries and its municipal service company works across the US. He has been with the company over 30 years and the company has grown from a single location in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a few million in sales to over $145 million and 300 people.
Russ is a member of the board and executive committee of Saint Mary’s Health Care and a founding board member of the Jandernoa Entrepreneurial Mentoring organization. Over the years he has been committed to serving Catholic Schools and their Education Foundations. Russ is currently on the AD Divisional Plumbing Board and the board of the plumbing industries North Central Wholesalers Association. He graduated from Ferris State University in 1973 with a BS in accounting and received his CPA certificate in 1975. Russ and his wife Chris have been married 39 years and have been blessed with two children and four grandchildren.
Bill joined AD in 1984 and became CEO in 1991. He is a passionate champion of independent distribution. Mr. Weisberg’s steady hand has led AD through three industry start-ups, five mergers with member-owned cooperatives and numerous business cycles. Under Mr. Weisberg's leadership AD launched best-practice Networks, introduced innovative marketing programs to spur member and supplier growth, created the industry’s first national accounts program for independents, and pioneered the early adoption of internet technology in 1996 to facilitate group communications. In 1999 Bill founded supplyFORCE, a national accounts company that enables AD members to collaboratively bid, service and fulfill MRO and Integrated Supply contracts for multiple location MRO customers.

Mr. John S. Wiborg is President of Stellar Industrial Supply, Inc. an eight branch industrial, safety and cutting tools supply distributor headquartered in Tacoma, Washington. He is a member of the Divisional Board of the Industrial Supply Division of Affiliated Distributor and serves on the Board of Directors for ISA (Industrial Supply Association).
John was co-founder and Chairman of TransLink, a software development company specializing in application integration. TransLink was ultimately sold to Active Software and subsequently acquired by WebMethods. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eoscene Corporation, a healthcare compliance management software service. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of WiMetrics Corporation, a wireless security software company.
John is an active community volunteer and currently serves on the boards of MultiCare Health System, where he is also the Audit Committee Chairman and Treasurer. MultiCare, a not-for-profit integrated health system, is the largest private employer in Pierce County. John also serves on The Bellarmine Benefactor’s Trust (Vice-Chairman) and The Greater Tacoma Community Foundation.
A graduate of Pierce County’s first class of the American Leadership Forum, John’s former community involvements include the board of the Tacoma-Pierce County YMCA, the Board of Bellarmine Preparatory High School and the Capital Campaign Task Force for Tacoma Goodwill Industries.
John graduated from University of Puget Sound with a business degree. John and his wife Lesa live in Tacoma and have five children; four boys and a girl ages 28 down to 20. John and his wife Lesa enjoy golf, boating and travel.
