AD Recognized Across North America with Multiple Workplace Honors in 2026

July 1, 2026

Wayne, PA – AD is proud to announce it has earned multiple workplace recognitions in 2026, including Philadelphia Inquirer and USA Today Top Workplaces honors in the U.S. and continued Great Place to Work and Best Workplaces recognition in Canada.

In the U.S., AD has been named a Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces winner for the eighth consecutive year and, for the third time, has been recognized as a USA Today Top Workplaces winner.

These honors are based on the results of an anonymous employee survey conducted by Energage LLC, which measures key drivers of engagement and is benchmarked against data from millions of employees across thousands of organizations.

AD also received multiple Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for the fourth consecutive year, including recognition for employee appreciation, employee well-being, and professional development.

“What makes these recognitions meaningful is that they come directly from our associates and they reflect the culture our associates have built together over many years — one based on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to doing good work,” said Bill Weisberg, AD’s Chairman and CEO. “I'm grateful to our team for continuing to make AD an organization people are proud to be part of.”

In Canada, AD was named a Great Place to Work for the fourth consecutive year. It also earned a spot on the Best Workplaces in Canada list for the third year in a row. These recognitions are based on the Great Place to Work Trust Index survey, which evaluates the level of trust associates have in leadership and the overall workplace culture, highlighting organizations that build high-trust environments that support performance, innovation, and retention.

“Earning this recognition consistently speaks to the environment our team has built,” said Rob Dewar, President of AD Canada. “There’s a high level of trust across the organization, and that shows up in how people work and collaborate day to day.”

Feedback from the survey continues to inform how AD evolves its workplace experience. Over the past year, this has included enhancements to benefits and wellness offerings, a continued focus on recognizing associate contributions, and expanded access to professional development opportunities, including individualized development planning and structured learning programs that offer courses on topics such as AI and other emerging areas to help associates build new skills.

“We get a lot of valuable feedback from our associates through the survey, and we take that seriously,” said Neil Cohen, AD’s Chief People Officer. “It helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve, and it’s led to meaningful changes that better help our associates in their day-to-day work. That’s something we’ll continue to build on.”
