AD Electrical - Canada welcomes Jennifer Eastman as Director, Member Engagement
Mississauga, ON – AD is pleased to announce that Jennifer Eastman has joined AD Electrical – Canada as the division’s new Director, Member Engagement. Eastman brings over 30 years of experience in the electrical market, offering an array of expertise in building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding support to the independent distributor community.
In her new position, Eastman will be responsible for helping to ensure members’ awareness of AD programs and facilitating the understanding and adoption of AD’s various services. She will also maintain a focus on recruiting new members and suppliers to the division, managing key relationships, driving purchasing power to support AD suppliers, and advocating for AD’s Electrical – Canada independents.
Prior to joining AD, Eastman served as President of IMARK Electrical Canada, and has also previously held numerous roles in sales management, accounting management, marketing, and operations within the electrical sector. Throughout her three-decade career, she has gained experience through tenures at Brady Corporation, Philips Lighting, RC Lighting, and Legrand. Leveraging her extensive knowledge, Eastman will play a fundamental role in the ongoing integration of AD and IMARK Canada as this partnership continues to evolve.

Kristen Yong, Vice President, AD Electrical – Canada, provided her comment on Eastman’s onboarding.

Leslie Clarke, President of Paul Wolf Lighting & Electrical Supply and former Chairperson of the IMARK Canada Board, offered her reflections on working with Eastman.

Eastman also shared her thoughts on this new endeavour.

Mississauga, ON — AD est ravie d’annoncer la nomination de Jennifer Eastman au poste de Directrice de l’engagement des membres de la division Électrique d’AD au Canada. Forte de plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la distribution de produits électriques, Mme Eastman met à profit son expertise pour établir des partenariats solides et offrir un soutien exemplaire à la communauté des distributeurs indépendants.
Dans ses nouvelles responsabilités, Mme Eastman assurera la promotion des programmes d’AD auprès des membres et facilitera l’adoption des divers services offerts. Elle se concentrera également sur le recrutement de nouveaux membres et fournisseurs au sein de la division, sur la gestion des relations stratégiques, l’augmentation du pouvoir d’achat des fournisseurs d’AD et la défense des intérêts des indépendants de la division Électrique d’AD au Canada.
Avant de rejoindre AD, Mme Eastman a été présidente d’IMARK Electrical Canada. Elle a également occupé plusieurs postes dans la gestion des ventes, la gestion comptable, le marketing et les opérations dans le secteur des équipements électriques. Sa carrière marquant trois décennies lui a permis d’acquérir une vaste expérience au sein d’entreprises telles que Brady Corporation, Philips Lighting, RC Lighting et Legrand. Grâce à ses connaissances approfondies, Mme Eastman jouera un rôle clé dans l’intégration continue d’AD et d’IMARK Canada, à mesure que ce partenariat évolue.
